Global Project Travel & Logistics Coordinator (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Global Project Travel & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of how people, models and project materials move around the world.
This is far more than a travel booking role. You'll become the central point of expertise for global project travel, working alongside Project Leaders, Project Managers and external partners to coordinate complex international travel, manage project logistics and help teams plan ahead. From forecasting travel costs and coordinating international freight to improving travel processes and supporting major project milestones, you'll play a key role in enabling projects to run smoothly across multiple countries.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving logistical challenges, building strong relationships and continuously improving the way things work. If you're commercially aware, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing structure to complex operations, this is an opportunity to shape a growing function and make a real impact across an internationally recognised design studio.
