Early-Career Designer 2026

Early-Career Designer

Do you think through making? Question the obvious? Want to design at an architectural scale? We want to meet you.

We’re looking for early-career designers with a strong point of view who explore ideas through sketch, models, and prototyping, and turn them into compelling 3D proposals.

This is for you if

  • You’re graduating in 2026 (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Part 1, Part 2, or equivalent)

  • Or you’re a recent graduate with up to 3 years’ experience

What you bring

  • Curiosity and a strong creative spark

  • The ability to combine free and analytical thinking

  • Confidence working in 3D through sketch and modelling

  • A clear visual voice and ambition to grow

What you’ll gain

  • Real project experience at a global studio
