Materials Library Asisistant
We are looking for a Materials Library Assistant to join our Curation Team, dedicated to telling the studio’s story through archives, exhibitions, and our unique Materials Library. This role supports the daily operations of the library, helping organise and maintain material samples, assist design teams, and showcase innovative materials from around the world.
What you’ll do:
Organise and classify material samples (some lifting involved)
Catalogue samples with photos and details
Share resources and supplier info with project teams
Maintain supplier lists and visitors’ logs
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years’ experience in interior design
Cataloguing and data entry skills
Basic photography for cataloguing
Proficiency in Excel and Photoshop
This is a 3-month fixed-term, part-time position, working 3 days per week.
